注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Mounting precautions: Secure the switch using M2 screws with a maximum torque of 0.098 N·m; it is recommended to use screw washers or adhesive lock to prevent loosening.

2 Actuator operation: Apply force vertically to the hinge lever; avoid direct force on the actuator when it is in the free position. Set the overtravel (OT) to 70% to 100% of the specified value to maintain optimal electrical and mechanical performance.

3 Soldering guidelines: Perform soldering within 3 seconds using a soldering iron with a maximum temperature of 350°C; do not apply force to the terminals during soldering. Consult Panasonic if using a soldering iron of 60W or higher.

4 Environmental considerations: Avoid using the switch in environments with corrosive gases, excessive siliceous dust, or rapid temperature/humidity changes that may cause condensation. The operating temperature range is -25°C to +85°C (no freezing or condensation allowed).

5 Circuit selection: For low-level current (≤0.1A) applications, consider choosing the Au-clad contact variant instead of this standard AgNi alloy contact type.

6 Storage instructions: Store the switch in airtight containers (e.g., polyethylene bags) to prevent terminal sulfurization; avoid prolonged exposure to high temperature/humidity or environments with organic/sulfide gases.
