1 Use conduction cooling (attach heat sink to aluminum base plate) and follow derating curves based on base plate temperature; avoid operation in hatched areas (high ripple/noise)

2 Do not route DC input/output patterns under the module (increases noise); keep patterns away. Use a copper shield pattern on PCB connected to CASE pin or mounting hole to reduce radiated noise

3 Avoid excessive stress on input/output pins (do not bend/pull hard); fix module with screws before soldering pins to prevent PCB damage

4 Follow soldering guidelines: flow soldering at ≤260°C for ≤15sec; soldering iron (26W) at ≤450°C for ≤5sec

5 When using multiple modules side by side, leave sufficient space for ventilation to maintain base plate temp within derating limits

6 Reduce temperature fluctuation range to extend thermal fatigue life
