注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Adopt conduction cooling method (heat dissipation from aluminum base plate to attached heat sink); strictly follow derating curves based on aluminum base plate temperature to avoid overheating

When mounting multiple modules side by side, reserve sufficient ventilation space to ensure each module's base plate temperature stays within the allowed range
3
Do not route DC input/output lines under the module to prevent increased noise; keep lines away from the module

To reduce radiated high-frequency noise, add a copper shield pattern on the PCB and connect it to the module's CASE pin or mounting hole

Avoid applying excessive stress to input/output pins (follow specified limits); do not bend or pull leads forcefully

Use PCB mounting holes with diameter3.5mm to minimize stress from vibration or shock

Fix the module with screws before soldering pins to prevent damage to PCB patterns
