注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Modular configuration: Ensure total power does not exceed1200W for NMP1K2. Use BLANK-NMS240 modules for unused slots to maintain safety and airflow

2 Installation: Follow mounting instructions—use M4 screws with torque7-10 Kgf-cm, penetration depth ≤4mm. Ensure proper airflow direction as specified

3 Remote control setup: For global ON/OFF, connect RC1 (CN32-PIN6) to GND-P (CN32-PIN3); if not using global control, install the provided shorting connector. For local module control: open RC2 (NMS-240) to turn on, short to turn off

4 Remote sense: Use +S/-S pins to compensate for voltage drop on load wiring (max0.5V)

5 Parallel operation: When paralleling modules, connect CS pins. Ensure output voltage difference between modules <0.2V. Total current should not exceed sum of rated currents of modules; total power ≤1200W. Do not use PC (current programming) function in parallel mode

6 Derating guidelines: When output voltage <12V and ambient temperature is -15°C to -30°C, derate output current to90% of rated. Follow derating curves for ambient temperature and input voltage conditions

7 Over-temperature handling: The T-Alarm signal (high level) indicates over-temperature; the power supply shuts down and recovers automatically when cooled to normal temperature

8 Safety precautions: Operate with proper grounding. Avoid touching live parts when powered on. Comply with local safety regulations
