注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Installation:

1 Use recommended screws (M4 for AC input terminals, M3.5 for DC output terminals) with specified torque (12Kgf-cm for AC,10Kgf-cm for DC)

2 Ensure proper grounding to prevent electric shock and reduce noise

Operation:

1 Global ON/OFF control: If not using global control, must install the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) to enable output

2 Local ON/OFF control: For NMS-240 modules, short RC2 to GND for OFF, open for ON; for NMD-240 modules, short RC2/RC3 to GND1/GND2 for OFF, open for ON

3 Remote sense: Use twisted-pair cables for +S/-S lines to minimize electromagnetic interference; do not exceed 0.5V compensation limit

4 Parallel operation (NMS-240 modules): Connect CS pins of all modules together; ensure output voltage difference between modules <0.2V; total output current ≤ sum of rated currents of modules; total power ≤1200W; use short, large-diameter wires for parallel connections; remote control must activate all modules simultaneously; do not use output current programming (PC) function when modules are in parallel

5 Derating: Follow derating curves for ambient temperature and input voltage; derate current to90% when output voltage <12V and ambient temp is -15~-30°C

1 Keep ventilation openings clear to maintain airflow and prevent overheating
