注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Use M4 screws for mounting (torque ≤12Kgf-cm) and M3.5 screws for terminals (torque ≤10Kgf-cm). Ensure proper grounding via FG pin.

2 Temperature derating: For output voltage <12V and ambient temp -15°C~-30°C, derate output current to 90% of rated. Follow derating curve for higher temperatures.

3 Parallel operation: Connect CS pins of modules; ensure output voltage difference <0.2V among modules; max 6 modules for NMP1K2; total current ≤ rated per module × number of modules.

4 Remote control: Global ON/OFF: Short RC1 (CN32-PIN6) to GND-P (CN32-PIN3) for ON, open for OFF. Local ON/OFF: Open RC2 (CN81-PIN3) to GND for ON, short for OFF.

5 Wiring: Use 20~26AWG wires for control pins (strip length 10mm). Twist sense lines (+S/-S) to reduce interference.

6 Safety: Do not operate without the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) if global ON/OFF is not used. Adhere to local safety regulations and medical device standards if used in medical applications.

7 Over-temperature: If T-Alarm signal is high (4.5~5.5V), check cooling and reduce load to prevent damage.
