注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Mounting: Use M4 screws with torque 7-10 Kgf-cm for NMP1K2 front-end; ensure proper airflow direction as per mechanical specification

2 Wiring: Follow terminal assignments strictly (AC input: L/N/FG; DC output: +V/-V); use 20-26AWG wires for module connections

3 Derating requirements: For NMD-240 modules, when output voltage <12V and ambient temperature is -15°C to -30°C, derate output current to 90% of rated value; refer to derating curves for ambient temperature and input voltage variations

4 Parallel operation (NMS-240 only): Connect CS pins of all modules together; ensure output voltage difference between modules <0.2V; total power does not exceed NMP1K2's 1200W limit; use short and large-diameter wires; do not use PC function in parallel mode

5 ON/OFF control: If global ON/OFF function is not used, assemble the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P); local ON/OFF via RC2 (NMS-240) or RC2/RC3 (NMD-240) pins (open=ON, short=OFF)

6 Maintenance: Keep ventilation vents clear of dust and obstacles; check electrical connections periodically for tightness; avoid operating beyond specified voltage/current/temperature ranges
