注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Mounting precautions: Ensure adequate ventilation (follow airflow direction as per mechanical specs); use M4 screws with torque 7~10 Kgf-cm to avoid case damage.

2 Temperature derating: For output voltage <12V and ambient temperature between -15°C and -30°C, derate output current to 90% of rated value; refer to derating curves for different ambient temperatures and input voltages.

3 Global ON/OFF setup: The shorting connector (RC1 pin6 to GND-P pin3 of CN32) must be installed; otherwise, the power supply will have no output.

4 Parallel operation guidelines: When paralleling NMS-240 modules, connect CS pins together; ensure output voltage difference between modules is <0.2V; total output current shall not exceed the sum of rated currents of all parallel modules; use short, large-diameter wiring; remote control must activate all parallel modules simultaneously; do not use output current programming (PC) function in parallel mode.

5 Remote sense usage: Use twisted pairs for sense lines (+S/-S) to reduce noise interference; the function compensates for voltage drop up to 0.5V on load wiring.
