注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Ensure proper grounding. Use recommended screw sizes (M4 for front-end mounting, M3.5 for DC output terminals) and follow specified torque limits (12Kgf-cm for AC input,10Kgf-cm for DC output)

2 Operation Limits: Do not exceed the maximum total output power (1200W for NMP1K2). For parallel operation, connect CS pins of all modules and ensure output voltage difference between modules is less than0.2V

3 Environmental Derating: Follow derating curves for ambient temperature—if output voltage <12V and ambient temperature is between-15°C and-30°C, derate output current to90% of rated value

4 Shorting Connector: Keep the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) installed unless using global ON/OFF control; removing it without proper setup will result in no output

5 Maintenance: Disconnect power before servicing. Regularly inspect for loose connections, overheating, or physical damage to modules and front-end unit

6 Module Compatibility: Use only Mean Well-approved modules (NMS-240/NMD-240) to maintain safety compliance and optimal performance
