注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Follow spacing rules—flush sensors need ≥3x Sn from adjacent metals; non-flush ≥3x Sn and ≥3x housing diameter; opposite sensors ≥6x Sn

2 Tightening torque: ICS12 (17.5Nm), ICS18 (27.5Nm), ICS30 (50Nm)

3 Electrical safety: Do not exceed 200mA output current; ensure power supply is within 8-60V DC

4 Status monitoring: Green LED = operational; yellow LED = output state (ON/OFF) or blinking (2Hz) for short circuit/overload

5 Metal compatibility: Sensing distance reduces for non-Fe360 metals (CrNi, CuZn, Al, Cu); refer to correction factors

6 Wiring: Follow color codes (BN=brown, BK=black, BU=blue) as per EN60947-5-2

7 Maintenance: Avoid damaging the sensing face; use compatible components (AMB brackets, CONx connectors)
