注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Mounting: Use M4 screws with7-10 Kgf-cm torque; ensure proper airflow (follow air direction markings)

2 ON/OFF Control: For global operation, short RC1 (CN32-PIN6) to GND-P (CN32-PIN3) if no external control is used; local control via RC2 (module PIN3) for NMS-240 or RC2/RC3 (module PIN3/PIN4) for NMD-240

3 Remote Sense: Connect +S/-S pins to load terminals to compensate voltage drop (max0.5V)

4 Programming: Use PV (voltage) and PC (current) pins with external DC voltage (refer to manual for range details); do not use PC function when modules are in parallel

5 Current Sharing: When paralleling NMS-240 modules, connect CS pins together; ensure output voltage difference <0.2V; total current should not exceed (rated current per module × number of modules) and max total power (1200W)

6 Derating: Reduce output current to90% if Vo<12V and ambient temp is between -15°C and -30°C; follow derating curves for high temp or low input voltage

7 Safety: Ensure proper grounding; do not exceed max total power; use only MEAN WELL certified accessories; avoid exposure to dust, moisture, or corrosive environments
