注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Installation: Follow mounting instructions (M4 screws, torque 7~10 Kgf-cm; maximum penetration depth 4mm). Ensure proper airflow direction as per the product diagram.

Derating guidelines: When output voltage <12V and ambient temperature is -15~-30°C, derate output current to 90% of rated value. For high temperatures, refer to the derating curve in the spec sheet.

ON/OFF control: For global ON, ensure the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) is installed. Local ON/OFF requires proper connection of RC2/RC3 pins to GND.

Remote sense: Use twisted pairs for +S/-S lines to minimize noise. Do not exceed the 0.5V compensation limit.

Parallel operation: When using current sharing, connect CS pins of all modules, ensure output voltage difference <0.2V, total power ≤1200W, and use short/large-diameter wiring. Avoid using PC function in parallel mode.

Auxiliary power: Do not exceed the maximum load current (2A for front-end 5V-AUX-P,10mA for module Vcc2).

Safety: Ensure proper grounding (FG connection) to prevent electric shock. Avoid overloading modules beyond their rated power/current.

Maintenance: Regularly check for overheating, loose connections, and signs of damage. Disconnect power before servicing.
