注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Ensure proper grounding via FG pin; use recommended screws (M4 for front-end, M3.5 for output terminals) with specified torque (12Kgf-cm for AC terminal,10Kgf-cm for output terminals)

2 Global ON/OFF control: If not using external control, assemble the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) to enable output; without it, no output will be generated

3 Local ON/OFF control: For NMS-240 modules, open RC2 to GND for ON, short for OFF; for NMD-240 modules, open RC2/RC3 to GND1/GND2 for ON, short for OFF

4 Remote sense: Connect +S/-S pins to load terminals to compensate voltage drop; do not leave these pins open

5 Parallel operation: When paralleling NMS-240 modules, connect CS pins together; ensure output voltage difference between modules is less than 0.2V; total power must not exceed 1200W (NMP1K2)

6 Environmental derating: Operate within -30~+70℃; derate output current for ambient temperatures above 50℃ (refer to derating curve); for output voltage <12V and temp between -15~-30℃, derate current to 90% of rated value

7 Maintenance: Regularly clean dust to prevent overheating; avoid exposure to moisture, corrosive gases, or vibration beyond 10~500Hz/2G
