注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Before installation and use, carefully read the safety precautions (pages 62-67 in the specification) and general limit switch safety guidelines.

2 Select the appropriate model based on the on-site environment (temperature, humidity, presence of spatter/corrosive substances) to ensure optimal performance.

3 For switches with indicators, ensure the load operating current is higher than the indicator leakage current to avoid load malfunction (refer to OMRON website for countermeasures if needed).

4 For plunger actuators, align the workpiece movement direction with the plunger direction to avoid unbalanced loads that may damage the switch.

5 Heat-resistant models (TH) should be used within the specified temperature range (-5°C to +120°C) and avoid exposure to temperatures beyond this range.

6 For welding site applications, use spatter-prevention models and regularly clean the switch to remove accumulated spatter or zinc powder.

7 When wiring connector models, refer to the contact form and pin layout diagram to ensure correct connections.

8 The indicator status (light-ON when operating/not operating) can be switched by rotating the indicator holder by 180° (except for direct-wired/pre-wired three-core/four-core switches).
