注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Use recommended screws (M4 for front-end, M3.5 for output terminals) with specified torque (12Kgf-cm for AC input,10Kgf-cm for output); ensure proper grounding

2 Global ON/OFF control: Install the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) if not using external control; otherwise, no output will be available

3 Local ON/OFF control: For NMS-240 modules, open RC2 to GND for ON state, short for OFF state; for NMD-240 modules, open RC2/RC3 to respective GNDs for ON state, short for OFF state

4 Remote sense usage: Use twisted pairs for sense lines to minimize noise; ensure voltage drop compensation is within 0.5V

5 Parallel operation notes: Only NMS-240 modules can be paralleled; connect CS pins and GND pins together; output voltage difference among parallel modules should be less than0.2V; total output power should not exceed1200W; maximum 6 modules in parallel for NMP1K2; do not use PC (current programming) function when modules are paralleled

6 Derating requirements: Follow derating curves for ambient temperature and input voltage; for output voltage <12V and ambient temperature between -15°C and -30°C, derate output current to90% of rated value
