注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

To ensure safe and optimal operation, please note the following:

1 Global ON/OFF setup: For NMP1K2/NMP650, assemble the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) to enable output; without it, the unit has no output.

2 Parallel operation guidelines for NMS-240: Connect CS pins of modules, ensure output voltage difference <0.2V between modules, total current not exceed sum of rated currents, total power within chassis limit (650W for NMP650,1200W for NMP1K2), use short/large diameter wiring, avoid PC function when parallel.

3 Temperature derating: When output voltage <12V and ambient temperature is between -15°C and -30°C, derate output current to 90% of rated value.

4 Remote sense usage: Use twisted pairs for +S/-S pins to minimize noise interference; compensate up to0.5V voltage drop.

5 Local ON/OFF control: For NMS-240, open RC2-GND to turn on output; for NMD-240, open RC2-GND1 (V1) or RC3-GND2 (V2) to turn on respective outputs.

6 Auxiliary power limits: Do not exceed max current for +5V-AUX-P (2A/NMP1K2,1.5A/NMP650) and Vcc2 (10mA/NMS-240).

7 Signal handling: DC OK and T-Alarm signals have max sourcing current of10mA; avoid overloading these signals.
