1 Installation Notes:

2 Ensure correct mounting torque: AC input terminal (12Kgf-cm), DC output terminal (10Kgf-cm); use recommended screw sizes (M4 for front-end, M3.5 for DC terminal)

3 Follow air flow direction as per mechanical diagram for effective heat dissipation

4 Operational Precautions:

5 Global ON/OFF: The shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) must be installed to enable output; remove it to use global control

6 Local ON/OFF: For NMS-240 modules: short RC2 to GND to turn off output, open to turn on; for NMD-240 modules: short RC2/RC3 to GND1/GND2 to turn off V1/V2

7 Remote Sense: Use twisted pairs for +S/-S lines to minimize interference; do not exceed 0.5V compensation limit

8 Parallel Operation (NMS-240 modules): Connect CS pins, ensure voltage difference <0.2V, total current ≤ sum of rated currents (≤1200W), max6 modules in parallel; avoid PC function in parallel

9 Temperature Derating: When output voltage <12V and ambient temp -15°C~-30°C, derate current to90% of rated; refer to derating curves
