注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Use M4 screws (7~10 Kgf-cm torque) for front-end mounting; M3.5 screws (10 Kgf-cm) for modules. Ensure proper airflow as per mechanical diagram.
2 Global Control: Install the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) if global ON/OFF control is not used; otherwise, no output will be present.
3 Local Control: For NMS-240 modules: open RC2 (pin3) to GND for ON, short for OFF. For NMD-240: separate RC2/RC3 controls for V1/V2.
4 Derating: When output voltage <12V and ambient temp is -15~-30°C, derate current to90% of rated value. Follow derating curves for temp and input voltage.
5 Parallel Operation: Ensure output voltage difference <0.2V between modules; total current ≤ sum of rated currents; max6 slots for NMP1K2; remote control must turn all parallel modules ON/OFF at once; PC function is disabled in parallel.
6 Wiring: Use twisted pairs for remote sense lines to reduce noise; use short, large-diameter wires for parallel connections to minimize voltage drop.
7 Safety: Comply with applicable safety standards (medical vs ITE) for the intended application; ensure proper grounding to avoid leakage current issues.
