注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Use recommended screws (M4 for front-end, M3.5 for DC terminals) with specified torque (12Kgf-cm for AC terminal, 10Kgf-cm for DC terminals); ensure proper grounding.

2 Temperature derating: Follow the derating curve—reduce output current for ambient temperatures above 50°C; for output voltage <12V and ambient temps between -15°C and -30°C, derate to 90% of rated current.

3 ON/OFF control: Install the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) if not using external global ON/OFF control; local ON/OFF uses RC2 (NMS-240) or RC2/RC3 (NMD-240) pins (open for ON, short for OFF).

4 Parallel operation: For NMS-240 modules, connect CS pins together; ensure output voltage difference between modules <0.2V; total power must not exceed 1200W for NMP1K2; remote control must synchronize all parallel modules.

5 Wiring: Use 20~26AWG wire for output modules with 10mm strip length; twist remote sense lines (+S/-S) to minimize noise.
