Installation and operation guidelines

1 Wiring: Separate sensor cables from power/control cables by ≥10cm; avoid parallel routing over 1m to prevent interference

2 Cable handling: Do not pull the cable directly; use strain relief. Avoid repeated flexing (if mounted on mobile carriers) or sharp bends near the sensor body

3 Sensing area: Never use the sensor as a mechanical stop to avoid physical damage

4 Mounting: For non-flush type (EI1808PPOSS), do not install flush in metal surfaces

5 Environment: Operate within -25°C~+70°C; avoid corrosive chemicals beyond stainless steel resistance

6 Maintenance: Clean sensing surface regularly to remove debris/metal shavings

7 Safety: Follow PNP make switching wiring diagram to prevent reverse polarity or short-circuit issues
