注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Ensure the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) is installed if not using external global ON/OFF control; otherwise, the system will have no output.

2 Remote sense: Use twisted pairs for sense lines (+S/-S) to minimize electromagnetic interference and ensure accurate voltage compensation.

3 Parallel operation guidelines: Connect CS pins of all modules to balance current distribution; ensure output voltage difference <0.2V between modules; total power not exceeding 1200W; use short/large diameter wires; remote control must turn all modules on/off simultaneously; do not use the output current programming (PC) function in parallel mode.

4 Derating requirements: For output voltage <12V and ambient temperature between -15°C and -30°C, derate output current to 90% of rated value; follow derating curves for ambient temperature and input voltage.

5 Protection and alarm: Respond promptly to over-temperature alarms (T-Alarm signal: high=4.5~5.5V indicates over-limit temp; low=0~0.5V is normal); do not exceed rated current/power of individual modules or total system.

6 Mounting: Front-end unit uses M4 screws with 7~10 Kgf-cm torque (max penetration depth 4mm); modules use M3.5 screws with max penetration depth of 10mm and torque ≤10 Kgf-cm.
