注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Ensure proper grounding via FG terminal; follow mounting torque specifications (12Kgf-cm for AC input terminal, 10Kgf-cm for DC output) to avoid loose connections

2 Operation:

3 Global ON/OFF: The shorting connector between RC1 (CN32-PIN6) and GND-P (CN32-PIN3) must be assembled; otherwise, no output will be generated

4 Local ON/OFF: For NMS-240 modules, open RC2 (PIN3) to GND (PIN1/2) to turn on, short to turn off; for NMD-240 modules, open RC2/RC3 to respective GNDs for on state

5 Remote Sense: Use twisted pairs for +S/-S pins to compensate for voltage drop on load wiring (max 0.5V)

6 Parallel Operation: When paralleling NMS-240 modules, connect CS pins together, ensure output voltage difference <0.2V, total current does not exceed the sum of rated currents, and total power ≤1200W; do not use PC function in parallel mode

7 Derating: For output voltage <12V and ambient temperature between -15°C to -30°C, derate output current to 90% of rated value; follow derating curves for ambient temperature and input voltage conditions

8 Safety: Do not operate beyond specified ratings (voltage, current, power); keep away from flammable materials to prevent fire risks

9 Maintenance: Disconnect power before maintenance; regularly check for loose connections, overheating, or abnormal noise
