注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Ensure proper grounding (FG terminal). Use M4 screws for mounting (7-10 Kgf-cm torque) and M3.5 screws for output terminals (10 Kgf-cm torque)

2 Blank slots: Must be covered with BLANK-NMS240 accessories to maintain safety and cooling

3 ON/OFF control: Install the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) if not using external global control; otherwise, no output will be generated

4 Parallel operation: Connect CS pins of modules together; ensure output voltage difference <0.2V between modules. Avoid using PC (output current programming) function in parallel mode

5 Derating: Follow derating curves for ambient temperature and input voltage. For output voltages <12V and ambient temp between -15°C and -30°C, derate output current to 90% of rated value

6 Remote sense: Use ±S pins to compensate for voltage drop in load wiring (max 0.5V)

7 Protection handling: Overvoltage protection requires re-powering the unit to recover; overload uses constant current limiting

8 Cooling: Ensure unobstructed airflow in the indicated direction to prevent overheating

9 Wiring: Use 20-26 AWG wire for control pins and appropriate gauge for power lines. Strip wires to 10mm length for output terminals
