注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Installation: Use recommended M4 screws with mounting torque of 7~10 Kgf-cm; ensure max penetration depth is 4mm to avoid damage.

Operation:

1 Global ON/OFF: Ensure shorting connector is assembled (RC1 to GND-P) if not using global control; open RC1 for OFF, short for ON.

2 Local ON/OFF: For NMS-240, short RC2 to GND for OFF, open for ON; for NMD-240, short RC2/RC3 to GND1/GND2 for OFF, open for ON.

3 Remote sense: Connect +S/-S pins to load terminals to compensate wiring voltage drop; do not leave sense pins open.

4 Parallel operation: Connect CS pins of modules, ensure output voltage difference <0.2V; total power must not exceed 1200W; max 6 modules in parallel.

Derating: When output voltage <12V and ambient temp is -15~-30°C, derate output current to 90% of rated; follow derating curves for high temps.

Safety: Do not exceed max input/output specs; disconnect power before maintenance; avoid touching live parts when powered on.
