注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

When connecting multiple modules in parallel, ensure matched array impedances via common copper planes and symmetric layout

Input line fusing is recommended (use 10A Littelfuse505 Series or 10A Littelfuse487 Series on the high-voltage side)

Not qualified for continuous reverse power operation; transient reverse operation is allowed with fault protections

Chassis must be connected to Protective Earth to meet IEC60950-1 Class I requirements

Total low-voltage-side load capacitance shall not exceed 1000µF (single module) or N*0.5*1000µF (parallel arrays, N=module count)

Keep signal ground (SGND) separated from low-voltage side power return (-LO)

For chassis mount models using signal pins, use Vicor part42550 cable (rated for up to5 insertions, need strain relief)

When writing to PMBus registers, disable the module (VHI < VHI_UVLO-) and apply external bias (VDDB); wait3ms to commit changes
