注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Ensure proper grounding via the FG terminal to prevent electric shock. Follow mounting torque requirements (7-10 Kgf-cm for M4 screws) to avoid loose connections.

2 Wiring: Use wire gauges suitable for input/output currents to prevent overheating. For parallel operation, connect CS pins of modules and ensure output voltage difference between modules is <0.2V.

3 Derating: Operate within the derating curve—reduce output current at temps >50°C or low input voltages. For output voltage <12V and ambient temp -15°C to -30°C, derate to 90% of rated current.

4 Control functions: Install the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) if global ON/OFF control is not used. For local ON/OFF, use dry contact or electrical signal (open = ON, short = OFF).

5 Protection reset: If the power supply shuts down due to OVP/OTP/OLP, disconnect the load, identify the cause, then re-power on to reset.

6 Parallel operation: Max 6 modules for NMP1K2; total output power must not exceed 1200W. Use short, thick wires for parallel connections to minimize voltage drop.
