注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Installation:

1 Mounting: Use M4 screws with torque between7~10 Kgf-cm; ensure proper grounding of the chassis

2 Global ON/OFF control: If not using external control, connect RC1 (CN32-PIN6) to GND-P (CN32-PIN3) with the provided shorting connector; open to turn off, short to turn on

3 Local module control: For NMS-240 single modules, short RC2 (CN81-PIN3) to GND (PIN1/2) to turn off, open to turn on; for NMD-240 dual modules, control V1/V2 via RC2/RC3 pins

Operation:

1 Derating: When output voltage <12V and ambient temperature is -15~-30°C, derate output current to90% of rated; refer to the derating curve for high-temperature conditions

2 Parallel operation (NMS-240 modules):

a. Connect CS pins and GND pins of all modules together

b. Ensure output voltage difference between modules <0.2V

c. Total output power should not exceed1200W (NMP1K2)

d. Do NOT use the PC (current programming) function in parallel mode

1 Remote sense: Use twisted pairs for +S/-S lines to reduce noise; compensate voltage drop up to 0.5V

2 Auxiliary power: Do not exceed max current ratings (2A for front-end,10mA for modules)

Maintenance:

1 Regular cleaning: Remove dust to maintain airflow and prevent overheating

2 Temperature monitoring: Check T-Alarm signal (high indicates overtemperature; take cooling measures)

3 Module replacement: Use compatible MEAN WELL modules (same model/voltage) for failed units to ensure system stability
