注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Follow surrounding metal clearance requirements (refer to Table1 in product specs) to avoid performance degradation; tighten mounting nuts with torque ≤30N·m (M18 size) to prevent damage

2 Wiring: Ensure correct wiring per circuit diagrams (PNP NO output); do not short-circuit the load; connect proper load during operation (no load may damage internal elements); use insulated DC power supply (avoid auto-transformers); if near high-tension lines, route cable through independent metal conduit to prevent interference; cable extension should not exceed200m; do not apply tractive force over50N to the cable

3 Environment: Do not use in flammable/explosive gas environments; avoid immersing in water (IP67 is splash-resistant, not submersible); operate within specified temperature range (-25°C to70°C); keep sensing surface clean of metal powder, dust or debris

4 Operation: Not suitable for safety-critical applications (not safety-rated); power on the sensor before the load to avoid pulse signals at startup; turn off the load before powering off the sensor; maintain minimum distance between multiple sensors (refer to Table2) to prevent mutual interference; do not disassemble, repair or modify the sensor

5 Maintenance: Periodically check for loose mounting, wiring or accumulated contaminants; inspect LED indicator for normal operation; replace if damaged or malfunctioning
