注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Installation notes:Ensure proper grounding of the FG terminal. Use recommended screw sizes (M4 for front-end mounting, M3.5 for module output terminals) and torque values (7~10 Kgf-cm for mounting,10 Kgf-cm for output terminals,12 Kgf-cm for AC input) to avoid loose connections.

Operation guidelines:

1 The shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) must be installed for the power supply to output; otherwise, there will be no output.

2 For local ON/OFF control:For NMS-240 modules, open RC2 (pin3) to GND for ON, short for OFF; for NMD-240 modules, open RC2/RC3 to GND1/GND2 for ON.

3 Derating requirements:When output voltage <12V and ambient temp is -15~-30°C, derate output current to90% of rated value. For parallel operation, ensure output voltage difference between modules <0.2V, total current does not exceed6×rated current (NMP1K2), and use short/large-diameter wiring.

Protection handling:If over voltage occurs, repower the unit to recover; if over temperature shutdown happens, wait for the unit to cool down before restarting.

Maintenance:Keep the unit clean and free of dust to prevent overheating. Avoid exposure to moisture, corrosive gases, or extreme temperatures (-30°C to70°C operating range, non-condensing humidity).

Wiring tips:Use appropriate wire gauges (20~26AWG for control pins, larger for power lines). Twist remote sense lines to minimize electromagnetic interference.
