注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Cooling requirement:Use conduction cooling (heat dissipation from aluminum base plate to attached heat sink); follow derating curves based on aluminum base plate temperature (Tc) to ensure normal operation

2 Mounting precautions:

a. Leave sufficient space between multiple modules for ventilation to keep Tc within allowed range

b. Avoid passing input/output patterns under the module to reduce conducted/output noise; place patterns away from the module

c. Use a copper shield pattern on PCB connected to CASE pin or mounting hole to reduce radiated high-frequency noise

d. Fix the module with screws before soldering input/output pins to prevent PCB pattern damage

1 Soldering guidelines:

a. Flow soldering:Max260°C for up to15 seconds

b. Soldering iron (26W):Max450°C for up to5 seconds

1 Pin stress:Do not apply excessive stress to input/output pins (e.g., +VOUT/-VOUT pins:<39.2N; other pins:<19.6N) to avoid internal connection damage

2 Before use:Read the official instruction manual and "Before using our product" document for safety and operational details

3 Avoid operation in derating curve hatched areas as it may cause high ripple/noise levels
