注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Electrical safety: Do not exceed rated output current under any conditions (normal/abnormal/test); use appropriate fuse in series with +Input for agency compliance.

1 Thermal management: Do not operate the converter with baseplate temperature exceeding100°C; follow thermal design guidelines in the Maxi/Mini/Micro Design Guide.

2 Dynamic loading: Applications with dynamic loading over25% of rated current must be reviewed by Vicor Applications Engineering.

3 Remote sense: Protect leads against reversal, noise pickup, open circuit, or excessive resistance; route sense leads close together or twist if using wires.

4 Output voltage trimming: For trim-down, reduce available power proportionally; for trim-up, reduce max output current proportionally and do not exceed +10% of nominal voltage (to avoid OVP triggering). Do not bypass SC pin directly with a capacitor.

5 Parallel operation: Use modules of same input/output voltage and power level; follow interface guidelines (AC-coupled for up to3 modules, transformer-coupled for more); refer to design guide for details.

6 Storage: Keep in ESD-safe packaging (per ANSI/ESD S20.20) at15-38°C with non-condensing humidity.

7 Soldering: Adhere to pin temperature limits (wave solder: <5sec at260°C; hand solder:<7sec at390°C); follow design guide instructions.

8 Mounting: Apply5in.lbs (0.57N.m) torque to each of the6 mounting points.
