注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Power supply: Do not apply voltage exceeding the rated range (12-24VDC, ripple p-p ≤10%); never connect AC power to DC models to avoid damage

2 Load management: Avoid short-circuiting the output load; ensure the load current does not exceed the specified limit (200mA max,100mA max under extreme temp/voltage conditions)

3 Wiring guidelines: Use insulated transformers for DC power supply (avoid auto-transformers); keep sensor cables away from high-tension lines (use independent metal conduit if nearby); do not extend cables beyond200m, and limit tractive force on cables to ≤50N

4 Mounting instructions: Do not strike the sensor with a hammer during installation; tighten the clamping nut with the correct torque (70N·m for M18 size) and use a washer to prevent damage; maintain required clearance from surrounding metal (refer to mutual interference specs: for M18 shielded models, side-by-side installation distance ≥60mm, face-to-face distance ≥35mm)

5 Environmental restrictions: Do not use underwater or expose to prolonged rain (despite IP67 rating); avoid flammable/explosive gases and strong chemical gases (e.g., nitric acid, chromic acid) to prevent corrosion or malfunction
