注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Cooling: Must use conduction cooling (attach heat sink to aluminum base plate); follow derating curves based on aluminum base plate temperature (avoid hatched areas to prevent excessive ripple/noise)

2 Mounting: Fix the module with screws (max torque 0.49N•m) before soldering pins; leave space between multiple modules for ventilation; keep input/output patterns away from the module (do not pass under it); use copper shield pattern connected to CASE pin/mounting hole for noise reduction; for CBS350/450 with "-T" option, connect mounting hole to grounding capacitor CY

3 Pin handling: Do not apply excessive stress to pins (max force: +VOUT/-VOUT <39.2N, others <19.6N); PCB mounting hole diameter should be 3.5mm

4 Soldering: Flow soldering max 260°C for 15 seconds; soldering iron (26W) max450°C for5 seconds

5 Safety: Read instruction manual and safety documents before use; reduce temperature fluctuations to extend thermal fatigue life
