1 Cooling requirement: Must use conduction cooling (attach heat sink to aluminum base plate); follow derating curves based on base plate temperature

2 Thermal management: Avoid operation in derating curve hatched areas to reduce ripple/noise; minimize temperature fluctuations to reduce thermal fatigue

4 Leave sufficient space between multiple modules for ventilation

5 Do not pass input/output patterns under the module to reduce noise

6 Add copper shield pattern on PCB connected to CASE pin/mounting hole

7 Fix module with screws before soldering pins to prevent PCB damage
