1 Installation: Use M4 screws (7-10Kgf-cm torque) for front-end mounting; M3.5 screws (10Kgf-cm torque) for DC output terminals; ensure proper grounding (FG) connection

2 Environmental limits: Operate within -30~+70°C (derate output current per derating curve; for output voltage <12V and -15~-30°C, derate to90% of rated current)

3 Wiring: Use20-26AWG wires for control signals; twist remote sense lines (+S/-S) to minimize electromagnetic interference; use appropriate wire gauge for input/output to avoid overheating

4 Parallel operation: Follow guidelines—max6 modules for NMP1K2; output voltage difference between parallel modules <0.2V; total power ≤1200W; disable PC function when modules are parallelized; use short, thick wires for parallel connections

5 ON/OFF control: If global ON/OFF is not used, install the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) to enable output; local control via RC2 (open=ON, short=OFF)
