注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Installation: Follow mounting torque guidelines (7~10 Kgf-cm for M4 screws); ensure proper airflow (direction as per mechanical specs)

Derating: For ambient temperatures above50℃, derate output power per derating curve; for output voltage <12V and temp between -15℃~-30℃, derate current to90% of rated value

Operation: Global ON/OFF - Ensure shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) is installed if not using global control; open RC1 to turn off, short to turn on

Local ON/OFF - For NMS-240: Short RC2 to GND to turn off, open to turn on; For NMD-240: Short RC2/RC3 to respective GNDs to turn off

Parallel operation: Connect CS pins of modules; ensure output voltage difference <0.2V among parallel modules; total power not exceeding1200W (NMP1K2); use short, large-diameter wires

Safety: Avoid touching live parts; operate within specified temp/humidity ranges (20~90% RH non-condensing); do not exceed isolation voltage limits

Maintenance: Regularly check connections for looseness; keep unit clean and free of dust; replace modules only with compatible MEAN WELL parts
