注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation:Use M4 screws for mounting with torque7-10Kgf-cm;ensure proper grounding to prevent electric shock.

2 Derating:Follow derating curves for high ambient temperatures(e.g.,reduce output current when temp exceeds50°C).For output voltage<12V and temp-15~-30°C,derate to90% of rated current.

3 Remote control:For global ON/OFF,install the shorting connector(RC1 to GND-P)if not using external control.Local ON/OFF:Open RC2(NMS-240)or RC2/RC3(NMD-240)to GND for ON,short for OFF.

4 Parallel operation:When paralleling NMS-240 modules,connect CS pins together;ensure output voltage difference<0.2V between modules.Total power must not exceed1200W for NMP1K2.

5 Protection handling:If overvoltage occurs,repower the unit to recover;if overtemperature,wait for cooling before reuse.

6 Wiring:Use20-26AWG wires with10mm strip length for output modules;avoid loose connections to prevent overheating.

7 Environment:Operate in non-condensing humidity(20-90% RH);keep ventilation clear for heat dissipation.
