注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Safety: Do not apply AC voltage to DC models; avoid short-circuiting the load (use correct polarity to activate short-circuit protection). Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the sensor; do not expose to flammable/explosive gases.

Power supply: Ensure power is supplied to the sensor before the load to avoid pulse signals when turning off; use insulated transformers for DC power (no auto-transformers).

Mutual interference: Maintain minimum distances between sensors (e.g.,110mm between M30 shielded models face-to-face,70mm side-by-side) to prevent malfunction.

Wiring: Avoid running cables near high-tension lines; if necessary, use independent metal conduits. Max cable extension is200m; do not exceed50N tractive force on cables.

Mounting: Do not hit the sensor with a hammer during installation; tighten M30 clamping nuts to ≤180N·m torque (use washers). Ensure clearance from surrounding metal as per guidelines.

Environment: Do not use underwater or in environments with strong alkaline/acid gases (e.g., nitric, chromic acid).

Load handling: For loads with large inrush current (lamps, motors), connect via a relay to protect the sensor.

Maintenance: Periodically check for loose wiring, dirt accumulation on sensing surfaces, and indicator functionality.
