注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Installation: Use M4 screws (torque7-10Kgf-cm) for front-end mounting; M3.5 screws (torque10Kgf-cm) for modules. Ensure proper grounding via FG pins.

Temperature derating: For ambient temperatures above50°C, reduce output power as per the derating curve; for output voltage <12V and ambient temp between-15°C and-30°C, derate current to90% of rated value.

Global ON/OFF setup: If not using global control, connect RC1 (CN32 pin6) to GND-P (CN32 pin3) with the included shorting connector to enable output.

Parallel operation: When paralleling modules, connect CS pins together; ensure output voltage difference between modules is <0.2V; total power must not exceed front-end max (1200W for NMP1K2,650W for NMP650). Avoid using PC function in parallel mode.

Remote sense: Use twisted-pair cables for +S/-S lines to minimize electromagnetic interference; compensate up to0.5V drop.

Programming: PV (voltage) and PC (current) pins are referenced to module GND; follow specified external voltage ranges to avoid damage.

Protection handling: Overtemperature protection auto-recovers when cooled; overvoltage/overload protection requires re-powering the unit to reset.

Slot management: Fill empty slots with BLANK-NMS240 covers to maintain proper airflow and prevent dust accumulation.

Wiring: Use appropriate gauge wires for input/output to handle current without overheating; follow pin assignments strictly.
