注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Mounting:Follow recommended torque values (12Kgf-cm for AC input terminals,10Kgf-cm for DC output terminals) to ensure stable connections; use M4 screws for front-end mounting with max penetration depth of4mm.

1 Temperature derating:When output voltage <12V and ambient temperature is between -15°C and -30°C, derate output current to90% of rated value; refer to derating curves for different input voltages and temperatures.

2 Global ON/OFF control:If not using external global control, install the provided shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) to enable output; otherwise, the power supply will have no output.

3 Remote sense:Properly connect +S and -S pins to the load terminals to compensate for voltage drop on wiring; do not leave these pins open or shorted incorrectly.

4 Parallel operation:For current sharing, connect CS pins of all modules, ensure output voltage difference <0.2V between modules; total output power should not exceed1200W; maximum6 modules in parallel (NMP1K2); do not use current programming (PC) function in parallel mode.

5 Safety:Ensure proper grounding (FG) to prevent electric shock; avoid operating beyond input/output specs to prevent damage; follow local electrical safety regulations during installation and maintenance.

6 Maintenance:Regularly check connections for looseness; keep the power supply in a well-ventilated environment to avoid overheating; refer to the official Meanwell manual for detailed troubleshooting and advanced function setup.
