注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation:Use recommended screws (M4 for front-end mounting, M3.5 for output terminals) with specified torque (12Kgf-cm for AC input terminal,10Kgf-cm for output terminals) to ensure secure connections; proper grounding is mandatory.

2 Derating guidelines:Follow derating curves for high ambient temperatures (above 50°C) or non-optimal input voltages; for output voltages <12V and ambient temperatures between -15°C and -30°C, derate output current to 90% of rated value.

3 Parallel operation:When connecting modules in parallel, ensure output voltage difference among modules is <0.2V; connect CS pins of all modules; total output current should not exceed the sum of rated currents of the modules, and total power should not exceed 1200W.

4 Operation:Do not exceed maximum total output power (1200W); if overtemperature shutdown occurs, wait for the device to cool down before restarting; for overvoltage/overload issues, check the load and resolve before repowering.

5 Wiring:Use appropriate gauge wires for input/output to minimize voltage drop; twist sense lines in pairs for remote sense function to reduce interference.

6 Safety:Avoid touching live parts when the device is powered on; adhere to medical safety regulations when using in medical applications; keep the device away from moisture and dust
