注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Installation notes:

1 Use M4 screws with 7-10Kgf-cm torque for mounting; ensure proper grounding (FG) to prevent electric shock.

2 Follow the specified air flow direction for heat dissipation; fill blank slots with BLANK-NMS240 accessory to maintain airflow and safety.

Operation guidelines:

1 For global ON/OFF control, install the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) if the function is not used; otherwise, the unit will have no output.

2 When parallelizing modules: Connect CS pins of all modules together, ensure output voltage difference between modules is <0.2V, total output power does not exceed1200W; use short, thick wires for parallel connections.

3 Remote sense lines should be twisted pairs to minimize noise interference; derate output current to90% of rated value when ambient temperature is between -15°C and -30°C (for output voltage <12V).

Safety & maintenance:

1 Disconnect AC/DC input power before performing maintenance or module replacement to avoid electric shock.

2 Do not exceed the rated power/current of the unit or modules; if protection mechanisms trigger (e.g., OTP, OVP), power off the unit, identify the cause (overload, high temp), and resolve before restarting.

3 Use appropriate wire sizes for input/output connections to ensure stable power transmission and avoid overheating.
