1 Installation:

2 Use M4 screws with 7-10 Kgf-cm torque for mounting; ensure proper airflow direction as per mechanical diagram to avoid overheating

3 Blank slots must be filled with BLANK-NMS240 modules to maintain safety and airflow; use 20-26AWG wiring for output terminals with 10mm max penetration depth

4 Operation:

5 Global on/off control requires the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) to be installed for default output on; local on/off uses RC2 pin (open=on, short=off for modules)

6 Remote sense lines (+S/-S) should be twisted pairs to reduce interference; voltage/current programming must stay within specified ranges (PV:3-6V for 5V module, PC:1.8-6V for current adjustment)

7 Parallel operation: Connect CS pins of modules, ensure output voltage difference <0.2V between modules, total power not exceeding 1200W; derate output current to 90% when output voltage <12V at -15~-30°C

8 Overtemperature alarm (T-Alarm signal high) indicates internal temperature exceeds limit; stop operation and check cooling if triggered
