注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Mounting:Use M4 screws with recommended torque(7-10Kgf-cm) for NMP1K2 front-end; ensure proper airflow as per the air direction diagram.

2 Derating:For output voltage <12V and ambient temp -15°C to -30°C, derate output current to90% of rated; follow derating curves for high ambient temps and low input voltages.

3 Control setup:Ensure the shorting connector(RC1 to GND-P) is installed if global ON/OFF is not used; for local control, set RC2/RC3 pins correctly(open=ON, short=OFF).

4 Parallel operation:When paralleling NMS-240 modules, connect CS pins together; output voltage difference between modules must be <0.2V; total power should not exceed1200W(NMP1K2) or650W(NMP650); remote control must turn all parallel modules ON/OFF simultaneously.

5 Safety:Disconnect input power before installation/maintenance; ensure proper grounding(FG pin) to prevent electric shock; avoid touching live parts when powered on.

6 Wiring:Use appropriate wire gauge for input/output connections; for remote sense, use twisted pairs to minimize noise.
