注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation precautions: Ensure the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) is installed if global ON/OFF control is not used; use recommended screw sizes (M4 for front-end mounting, M3.5 for module output terminals) and torque values (12Kgf-cm for front-end AC terminals,10Kgf-cm for module output terminals) to avoid loose connections.

2 Operation guidelines: When using remote sense, connect +S/-S pins directly to load terminals to compensate for voltage drop; for parallel operation of NMS-240 modules: connect CS pins of all modules together, ensure output voltage difference between modules is less than0.2V, total output current does not exceed the sum of rated currents (but not exceeding1200W for NMP1K2), and use short, large-diameter wires for parallel connections.

3 Environmental derating: Follow the derating curve for high-temperature operation; for output voltage <12V and ambient temperature between -15℃ and -30℃, derate output current to90% of rated value to ensure reliability.

4 Protection and maintenance: Do not exceed the maximum total output power (1200W for NMP1K2); in case of over-temperature shutdown, wait for the unit to cool down before re-powering; do not disassemble the unit (risk of electric shock) and use only original Mean Well (MW) modules and accessories for replacement or expansion.
