注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Global ON/OFF setup: If not using external global control, ensure the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) is installed; otherwise, the power supply will have no output

2 Local module control: For NMS-240 modules, open RC2-GND to turn on, short to turn off; for NMD-240 dual modules, open RC2-GND1 (V1) or RC3-GND2 (V2) to turn on

3 Remote sense usage: Use twisted-pair cables for +S/-S lines to effectively compensate for wiring voltage drop

4 Parallel operation notes:

5 Connect CS pins of all modules, ensure output voltage difference between modules is less than 0.2V

6 Total output current should not exceed the sum of rated currents of all modules, and total power should not exceed 1200W (NMP1K2)

7 Max 6 modules in parallel for NMP1K2; use short, large-diameter wires for parallel connections

8 Do not use PC (current programming) function when modules are in parallel

9 Temperature derating: When output voltage <12V and ambient temperature is between -15°C and -30°C, derate output current to 90% of rated value; follow the provided derating curves for different conditions

10 Installation: Use recommended M4 screws for front-end mounting with torque 7~10 Kgf-cm to ensure stable installation
