注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

Installation precautions:

1 Ensure proper grounding via the FG terminal to prevent electric shock and interference.

2 Use M4 screws for mounting, adhering to the torque range of7~10 Kgf-cm; avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to the chassis.

3 Fill all unused slots with BLANK-NMS240 accessories to maintain safety, dust protection, and proper air flow.

Wiring guidelines:

1 Use appropriate wire gauge for input/output connections to minimize voltage drop and heat; refer to mechanical specs for wire range and strip length.

2 For remote sense function, correctly connect +S/-S pins to the load terminals to compensate for line voltage drop (up to0.5V).

Operational notes:

1 Do not exceed the total maximum output power of650W; ensure individual module power does not exceed their rated capacity (240W per NMS-240/NMD-240).

2 When using parallel operation (via CS pins), ensure the output voltage difference between modules is less than0.2V; total output current should not exceed the sum of rated currents of parallel modules (but must not exceed650W total).

3 Follow the derating curve: Derate output current/power at ambient temperatures above50°C; for output voltage <12V and ambient temperature between-15°C and-30°C, derate current to90% of rated value.

4 Use the provided shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) if global ON/OFF control is not required; remove it only when using external control signals.
