注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Ensure proper grounding; use M4 screws (torque7-10Kgf-cm) for front-end mounting and M3.5 screws (torque10Kgf-cm) for output terminals; blank slots must be filled with BLANK-NMS240 accessory

2 Operation limits: Do not exceed the total output power of1200W; avoid overloading individual modules beyond their rated power

3 Temperature management: Derate output current according to the derating curve when ambient temperature exceeds50°C; for output voltage <12V and ambient temperature between-15°C and-30°C, reduce output current to90% of the rated value

4 Parallel operation: When connecting modules in parallel, ensure CS pins are linked; the output voltage difference between modules should be less than0.2V; the total output current should not exceed the sum of the rated currents of the parallel modules; maximum6 modules can be paralleled for NMP1K2

5 Remote control: If global ON/OFF control is not used, short RC1 (CN32-PIN6) to GND-P (CN32-PIN3) using the provided shorting connector; local ON/OFF for NMS-240 is controlled via RC2 (open=ON, short=OFF), and for NMD-240 via RC2/RC3

6 Maintenance & safety: Disconnect all AC/DC input power before performing any maintenance or inspection; avoid touching live components when the device is powered on to prevent electric shock
