注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

1 Installation: Ensure proper grounding to avoid electric shock. Follow mounting guidelines (use M4 screws with torque 7~10 Kgf-cm, maximum penetration depth of 4mm).

2 Module configuration: Use only compatible NMS-240 modules. Fill blank slots with BLANK-NMS240 to maintain safety and airflow.

3 Temperature derating: When ambient temperature exceeds 50°C, derate output current according to the derating curve. For output voltage <12V and ambient temperature between -15°C and -30°C, reduce output current to 90% of rated value.

4 Remote control setup: If not using global ON/OFF control, install the provided shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) to enable output. Local ON/OFF for modules uses RC2 (open=ON, short=OFF).

5 Parallel operation: When paralleling modules, connect CS pins together, ensure output voltage difference between modules is <0.2V, and total output power does not exceed 1200W. Use short, large-diameter wires for parallel connections.

6 Protection handling: For overvoltage protection, re-power the unit to recover. For overtemperature, wait until the device cools down before restarting.

7 Wiring: Use appropriate wire gauges (20~26AWG for control pins) and strip lengths (10mm for output terminals) to ensure reliable connections.

8 Environmental conditions: Operate in a temperature range of -30°C to +70°C and humidity of 20~90% RH (non-condensing). Avoid dust, corrosive gases, or excessive vibration.

9 Compliance: Ensure the product is used in accordance with local electrical safety regulations and standards.
