注意事项 PRECAUTIONS

To ensure safe and optimal operation, note the following:

1 Mounting: Use M4 screws with torque 7~10 Kgf-cm; ensure proper airflow as per the air direction marking.

2 Global ON/OFF: Assemble the shorting connector (RC1 to GND-P) if global ON/OFF is not used; otherwise, no output.

3 Local ON/OFF: For NMS-240 modules, open RC2 (pin3) to GND (pin1/2) for ON, short for OFF; for NMD-240, use RC2 (V1) and RC3 (V2) to respective GNDs.

4 Remote Sense: Connect +S/-S pins of NMS-240 modules to load terminals to compensate voltage drop (max 0.5V).

5 Parallel Operation: When paralleling NMS-240 modules: connect CS pins together; output voltage difference <0.2V; total power ≤1200W; max 6 modules; PC function disabled; remote control must turn all modules ON/OFF simultaneously.

6 Temperature Derating: For output voltage <12V and ambient temperature -15~-30°C, derate current to 90% of rated value.

7 Overvoltage Protection: After OVP triggering, repower the unit to recover output.

8 Wiring: Follow terminal assignments strictly (AC input: L/N/FG; DC output: +V/-V; control pins as per spec sheet).
